Terms and Conditions

    These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the service  ("Service") that are made available by Wortham World. These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Wortham world and the individual or entity who subscribes to our service.

    PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By submitting your application and by your use of the Service, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. Wortham world may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Agreement, for conduct that Wortham world believes is harmful to its business, or for conduct where the use of the Service is harmful to any other party.

    Wortham world may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all Subscribers upon posting of the modified Agreement to this web address: You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your use of the Service remains in compliance with this Agreement.

    1. General Policies


 1.a Booking Details

  • It is agreed that the terms set out on the booking form is the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing.


1.b Special Requests/Coverage

  • The client understands and accepts that the photographic coverage will be as the photographer’s professional expertise determines and that no one photograph will be deemed more important than another. Special requests are not binding instruction, although every effort is made to comply with the client’s wishes. Any special requests not notified on the booking form must be made by the client to the Weddings By Wortham in writing.


1.c Albums

  • Album prices are a general guide only and subject to manufacturing and material cost variations which Weddings By Wortham have no control over. Where an album is included in the agreed package price, the photographer’s reserves the right to change this album subject to market availability, to another album of equal value.

  • Once the album Design is approved by the client, Weddings By Wortham is not liable to change anything after printing.


  • Weddings By Wortham will provide a pleasing color balance but cannot guarantee exact color matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibers. It is sometimes impossible to record photographically the exact color as seen by the human eye.


1.d Retouching

  • Weddings By Wortham will (as a minimum) perform a standard amount of retouching to take the photographs to a quality which he considers to be appropriate.


1.e Copyright and Digital Files

  • Supplied digital files remain the copyright property of the Wortham World. Weddings By Wortham allows the client to store/share/copy/print all images for personal/friends/family use only, subject to no commercial or financial gain.


1.f License

  • Weddings By Wortham shall be granted complete artistic License including in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The photographer(s)’ judgment regarding the locations/poses and number of images taken shall be final. Due to the vagaries of the weather and the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the images requested.


1.g Force Majeure or Act of God

  • The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control.


1.h Number of Images

  • Although Weddings By Wortham will do their best to produce more images than discussed with the client, there is no guarantee that any particular number of images will be produced. All images captured are primarily for creating a wedding album. All images presented to the client are FINAL SELECTION, any other images will not have passed our quality control and therefore will not be processed or released to the client – EMPHASIS SHOULD BE LAID ON THIS POINT.

2. Client's Privacy & Other Terms


At Weddings by Wortham, we prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of our client's personal information. We understand the importance of maintaining the trust and confidence our clients place in us, and we are committed to upholding the highest standards of data protection.

2.a Data Collection and Usage:
We collect client data solely for the purpose of providing our services and ensuring a seamless experience. Any information shared with us is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is used strictly within the scope of the agreed-upon services.

2.b Data Security:
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect client data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our systems are regularly monitored and updated to ensure the safety and integrity of client information.

2.c Client Consent and Control:
We respect our clients' right to control their personal information. We obtain explicit consent before collecting any data, and clients have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their information at any time.

2.d Third-Party Disclosure:
We do not share client data with third parties without prior consent, except in cases where it is required by law or necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations. In such instances, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect client information.

2.e Portfolio and Promotion:
Our standard terms and conditions state that we may showcase our clients' work in our portfolio and promote it across various channels. However, we recognize and respect our clients' privacy preferences, and we are committed to promptly removing any data upon request.

2.f Continuous Improvement:
We regularly review and update our privacy practices to align with evolving legal requirements and industry best practices. Our team receives ongoing training to ensure compliance and maintain a strong privacy culture within our organization.

2.g Complaints and Concerns:
We encourage open communication and appreciate any feedback or concerns regarding our privacy practices. Clients can contact us directly to address any issues or questions they may have.

By adhering to this policy statement, we demonstrate our unwavering dedication to protecting client privacy and upholding the confidentiality of their personal information.


3. Images

  • Images will be supplied via digital means as download files. It should be noted that you are strongly advised to immediately copy/backup your wedding photographs from this download to a suitable computer/storage device. Digital media has a limited lifespan therefore any storage device cannot be guaranteed indefinitely. Also, please note that Weddings By Wortham are under no obligation to keep copies of your images once released.



  • The client hereby allows the Weddings By Wortham to display any images included in this contract in their studios, portfolios, literature, wedding exhibitions, and direct/indirect advertising. Weddings by Wortham Can use images/footages produced during the event in their films, vidoes for award submissions, demoreels and advertisement commercials. 

  • Films and Photographs submitted for award shows (international or national) can not be removed in any case before the award show is concluded.

  • Advertisemnt / Commercials / Demoreels  made by Weddings by Wortham - In exceptional cases where a client requests the removal of their footages from our advertisements, commercials, or demoreels, we will consider these requests on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee the immediate removal of such content, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the client's request within a reasonable timeframe, taking into account any legal or contractual obligations.


5. Cancellation

  • The client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to the Weddings By Wortham but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • In the unlikely event that Weddings By Wortham is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, the act of God, the act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of Weddings By Wortham, then we will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability are limited to the return of all payments received for the contracted event.

  • In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond Weddings By Wortham’s control, including but not limited to a camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, Pixies in the Cellar’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the contracted event. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of the total number of originals.  Weddings By Wortham is not liable for the loss of images beyond the lesser of the final delivery of all products included in the package or one year. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.


7. Complaints

  • Any complaints should be raised by the client with Weddings By Wortham, in writing, within 28 days of first becoming aware of the matter to be complained of and in any event within 28 days of receipt of the images.

This website is provided to you free of charge, and neither Wortham World nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies accept any liability to you (except in the case of personal injury or death caused by its negligence or for fraud or as required by law) whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, arising out of it in connection with this website. Wortham World accepts no liability for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages of whatsoever kind resulting from whatever cause through the use of any information obtained either directly or indirectly from this website. Your sole remedy is to discontinue using this website.

  8. These terms may be amended by Wortham World from time to time.

  9. Your use of this website and downloads from it and the operation of these terms & conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. The Indian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of your use of this website.

In the event that any or any part of the terms contained in these terms & conditions shall be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term shall to that extent be severed from the remaining terms which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

For Third Parties / Clients 

If you have taken services from Wortham Digital, 

a) Using third-party content is an intrinsic and perfectly legitimate part of marketing – especially in the digital realm. Without it, we wouldn’t be able to refer to current events, theorise about our industries and interact with one another as freely as we do now.

The circumstances in which using third-party content is justified can be broken down into two main categories:

  • When you’ve acquired a license to use the content

  • When your usage constitutes a “Fair use”

2. Rather than buying licences to use individual images, Wortham Digital uses uses libraries of stock images for a recurring fee with  the consent of respective cleint. The drawback to using free libraries is that you may find yourself using the same images as other players in your sector. To ameliorate this effect, you should consider using a stock image library for lower-visibility uses like blog posts, and buying exclusive licences from alternative sources for more prominent uses such as homepage imagery. or you can have your own product photography and Videography services from Wortham Digital. 


Whether purchasing rights from a library like iStock or from the original content creator, you should always take care to ensure the rights you’re getting cover the usages required. For example, do you need online rights only, or will you need print publication rights too? It’s easy to assume that because you’ve used a licensed image in printed artwork, it’s fine to use it online too – but that will not necessarily be the case.

An alternative (zero-budget!) approach to securing third-party images is to search for images offered on a Creative Commons licence. This means the creator has made the image free for use by others (though this may come along with certain requirements, e.g. including an attribution to the creator, or reproducing the work in an unaltered form.) You can search for Creative Commons images at There are also dedicated libraries that specialise in creative commons licensed images that can be free to use or which just require you attribute the original creator of the image. Take a look at services like Unsplash who specialise in images which are free to use.

b) if the Client has no consent about copyrights for their brand/company/firm for the use of Social Media publications / prints / TVCs , Wortham Digital/ Wortham World LLP is not liable to any copyright legalties for your brand. Companies that breach fair use requirements by copying large sections of content without justification (or by copying other people’s work in its entirety) will not only face the risk of a legal challenge, but also that of search ranking penalties from Google and other search engines and Wortham Digital/ Wortham World LLP is not liable to any justification. however we (Wortham Digital/ Wortham World LLP) always advise brands not to breach ethical practices of copyright policies. 

Privacy Policy

Wortham World respects the privacy of visitors and users of this website, and will only collect personally identifiable data, such as your name or email address, when it is voluntarily submitted to us at this website.

References to “Wortham”, “we”, “us” and “our” are references to Wortham World and its affiliates.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.  In that case your deal cancellation or any booking with us or any devisions of Wortham Worl LLP,  any amount paid will not be refundable. However your amount can be used for our other Services in any of the Wortham's Divisions, i.e Wortham Studios, Weddings by Wortham etc.

2. In all cases, we will invoice the full project fee at the time that the job is contracted, with at least 50% of the fee due in advance of commencement of work and the balance due on the completion of the task.

3. For the purposes of payment ''Completion of the task/ final delivery '' will be viewed as not more than 14 days from the delivery by us of the first draft.

*In certain circumtances we request that 100% of the fee to be paid in advance of the commencement of work. Please do not make offense should we make this request. Persuing payment of relatively modest sums across borders, should we have to, is impractical.

4. Wortham World LLP has the right to refuse any refurns. Promotional offers do not qualify for a refund/exchange.
